i soon want to own an apartment in the capital city of India..
now my problem is that i earn through internet and my money comes in my friend's a/c.
now i want to know that despite of the fact that i earn a handsome amount of money i have no proof of it.
can i get a loan on the behalf of my other house in different city?

It is too critical situation, you also don't have proof of your earning. so it may be so difficult, in this kind of situation you must take advice of any broker that can provide you the best guidances.

I agree with the comments above but there are not any restrictions as far as I am aware that will only affect foreigners. maybe owning near a military base or something that will require security clearance but thats highly unlikely the case for anyone, if anything like that please tell me know.
