Because they have so many lenders from which to choose, brokers are more likely to find loans for borrowers with special needs, like problem credit, than individual lenders. That’s why we need mortgage broker to get perfect loan with appropriate guidance. To get the perfect mortgage broker contact state and local boards of Realtors for lists of mortgage brokers in your area. Ask your own real estate agent or friends for references.

Every state has a different law on mortgage licensing. You must know the things or requirements that are needed for your location. If you are not sure of the requirements, you can check the website mortgagenewsdaily.com. Select your state and view the information for you to become a mortgage broker. Although there are different requirements for each state, most of them have a common procedure in acquiring a mortgage broker license.

I totally agree with the comment above. Every country has its own fundamental. Offshore, government issued, licenses are available for accounting services as well a brokerage, consultancy and advisory services for helping other set up offshore banking, foundations, corporations, and more.
