Self employed loans
Hi
I've been self employed for 1 year and before this I was a student for 6 years. I work in a group business so someone else pays the bills, mortgage etc and I take a percentage of what I earn.
so, I have found a premises and we've said yes to the contract etc. I have some money from family but ideally want my own money from a bank. Does anyone know anywhere that would even entertain a self-employed person with only one yr books? I have a business plan etc all ready but so far, no-one will even entertain the idea.
Thanks

RE: Self employed loans
Look Brown,
For any financial institution, risk mitigation process is very clear and vital. Three year continuous business or involvement is very critical, when you look for loan, particularly mortgage loan. Because it shows your strength to manage a business or self employed professional. And if you bother to look around than certainly you will see lenders who will entertain you but will charge higher mark up or hard terms and conditions.

RE: Self employed loans
I totally agree with the intutivemind, Brown this field is really very hard to know more and deep about this. I mean they all are promise to give the great services in low charge, but after the commitment their are many condition and the policy that is too much.
