Mortgage Factors...
Hello Everyone,
In our routine life there are so many things that affects our work and more. There are many factors that affects our mortgage rate in which some of them are as under controlled but there are some, for those we can’t do anything but you should be aware of that unsolved factors.
Major factors affecting mortgage rate are as under:
o Amount of down payment on mortgage
o Consideration of closing costs
o Income of mortgage borrower
o Life of mortgage loan
o Life of mortgage rate
o Total mortgage loan amount
o Whether or not the mortgage rate is adjustable
I have told What I know
Now can anybody discuss more If you know any?

Basically there are two types of factors that directly or indirectly affect on loan pricing'
1- Intrinsic factors
2- Extrinsic factors.
You can take a look on intrinsic factors but obviously you have no control on extrinsic factors.
Most of these factors has elaborated by Mr. Hardik Soni, a few are as under;
A) Extrinsic Factors
1- Economic screen of industry
2- Tendency of NPLs
3- Cost of funds of lender
4- Spread of profit
5- Inflation rate
6- Subsidies offers from State
B) Intrinsic factors
1- Buying power
2- Credit score / Loan history
3- Security / size of ample cushion

You have mentioned Factors are really nice but can you give me some more information about the "Tendency of NPLs" that is included in "Extrinsic Factors".
